This data-driven story is about province KP’s basic education, and trends of measuring the overall outlook of it. Further in light of investigation on ground reality of claims verbal words with evidence of facts and figures from available open data rather than assuming. The goal was about to clear the background reality of KP’s education in contrast of their claims and the gap between their officials data. and was aim to highlight the issue gap between the official data are not supposed to do. and further to investigate the issue of not publishing the year 2016-17 annual report.The official, local citizens, policy makers should know about the reality rather than focusing on how to increase the allocations for any of the particular section. no such monetisation had in place for this particular project, but as far as concern of doing on this kind of project want to impress readers and donors to support in the process of producing such this kind of stories could helping us to established such running system for future production.

What makes this project innovative?

as the main direction of each story is unique focus, like many peoples working on the same issue but a new direction of new focus in story can lead the story on different angle, which can help policy makers and readers to understand the issue in innovative way and address the issue on time rather than waiting to highlight issue by someone else. as most of the existing story in current not on the base on 'solution', just an analysis which can be hard to understand and about the specific issue solution on the bases of facts of data-driven. as this is data-driven story completely process of the professional data journalism to have the story well organised that reader easily can understand the issue. devision of story into part and interactive graphs lead my story in the way of innovation which can help readers to read the full story.

What was the impact of your project? How did you measure it?

As the story have been published very recently, and it is clear that each of data-driven story have impact but it takes time to have the real outcome in way you want and in a way this should be. yet this story is appreciated in DEN news letter and listed in their best data-driven stories of the week list which motivate this story real on the right directions to have the real impact on the way it should be. further as this story have discover many of the hidden things which is now already during the investigation point outed in front of the concerns authorities, to avoid such kind of gaps and issues in the verbal claims.

well this story have been investigated in a proper way, like starting from literature review to identify the real issue and uniq focus which has worth been collected from online available official KPESE links and also collected in hard to verify the data to avoid such possible future fault, also collected data from third party like ASER Pakistan, and Aalif Alaan working on education base NGOs to compare the verification. and then as normally data-driven story compilation have some required practices, do applies all of them and come with conclusion and findings through from data cleaning and analysis phases. as further data findings have been converted into simplifications for easy understanding during the read. different types of data-driven interview have been conducted and important data-sets have transform into charts for more ease of reads. and also come with the proposed solutions!
