Communication has been driving my career in areas such Press office, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Planning, Branding, integrated communication, launch products and services - specially on data -, also Journalism an area where I have been working for more than two decades, including as an investigative reporter. I am also involved in the area of ​​education, where I have taught the same subjects in undergraduate and postgraduate studies since 2007. More recently, I founded a start-up, Hands On Digital Academy, a digital education platform that aims to train professionals in the new economy. Through courses with an extremely practical and "hand in hand" approach, it seeks to enable professionals, present or arriving in the market, to become the specialized labor that the market lacks. Professionals graduating from Hands On Digital Academy certified courses will bridge the gap between the innovation hubs, the traditional companies that need to upgrade, and the ecosystem of start ups that need not only talented but skilled people to grow.At the same time, Hands On seeks to act as a point of contact, digital and face to face, between demand and supply, making it easier for companies to have access to qualified professionals and the mindset of digital, technology and innovation. The platform aims to be an instrument to scale up the professionals, be they marketing, communication, data driven, design, technology or others, to be prepared to respond to the height and demands of creativity, innovation and digital connectivity that the market demands and needs.
